With just a few weeks left in 2014, we’re taking care of our holiday plans, parties, and end of year business… but now is also the time to begin considering what we want for next year.
I love taking a little time in December to both reflect back and imagine forward into the year that I plan to create. This is when I buy that big, year-at-a-glance, dry-erase calendar that will live on my office wall throughout the year, and I start marking in the important “big rock” priorities for me and my family… particularly vacations and trips! But also, family & staff birthdays, quarterly reflection days, speaking events, and holidays.
And this year, of course, there’s our Inspired Action launch & delivery timelines too… *bounce, bounce* so excited!
What is your ritual for planning for the New Year? Do you take time in December to reflect on what you’ve done, where you are, and what you want to create in the New Year?
What are your Big Rocks for 2015?
What are the biggest items that you want to work on integrating or improving starting in the New Year? … or, if you prefer, what is your New Year’s Resolution?
If we don’t ask ourselves the question, then it’s certain that we won’t accomplish it or be able to celebrate achieving it. So, start by asking yourself the question… then, I’d love to have you share your New Year’s resolution with our community in the comments below.
Let’s create a space to encourage each other, find others with similar goals, and connect with some accountability partners to ensure our success!
Of course, with any New Year’s Resolution… you’re going to have to take action on it to make it happen. So, make sure that you’ve signed up to receive our Inspired Action free video training series. Our private launch for our community will be starting on Monday, December 29th, so those free videos might give you just the help you need to make sure you get your resolution DONE this year!
Just a few weeks left… Are you ready for the New Year?
