Founding Entrepreneurs: Does this sound like you?

Your business, your entrepreneurial baby, has taken off. And now you find yourself not just bootstrapping to get it launched, but learning what it means to lead and steer a growing company. You have an expanding team of people, new questions to answer almost every day, and a desire to make your company not just a success, but one of the best places to work out there.

You’ve recognized that in order to attract the best talent you need to care about the lifestyle and well-being of your employees. After all you’ve recognized that your days of being a 20-something boot-strapper staying up until the wee hours and eating pizza every meal are over. Moreover, you realized that creating that ideal lifestyle and corporate culture for your company starts with you because in order to lead it, you’ve got to live it.

That’s why it’s time to bring in an expert to guide the way for you and your team to create not just a successful company but also an excellent life for everyone involved.

How Can We Help?

Personalized and customized to address your needs and challenges, our Leader Excellence Infusion Programs require a minimum 6-month commitment. Using a combination of a consulting/coaching approach, we work first to recommend system improvements for the tools you use to manage your time, tasks, notes, and files. Then, we create a regular coaching rhythm to identify and build the habits necessary to create sustainable success.

Using a combination of virtual sessions (video and phone) and in-person laser consulting days, we can help you optimize any of your productivity challenges.

Want to offer productivity support to your whole team or organization and give them the systems and skills to raise the bar for your company or division as a whole? The Team Excellence Infusion Program aims to do just that.

With a minimum one-year commitment, we deliver a combination of our best live and virtual programs and group coaching to your team at a manageable pace to insure that systems and skills implementation can happen and have the opportunity to take root and grow.

Our Chosen Course Excellence Assessment will allow us to evaluate the strengths and challenge areas of your organization, guide the sequence of programs to be offered, and it will also provide an ability to measure the improvement we created through our work and partnership together.

We will begin with our Chosen Course Excellence Assessment to evaluate the strengths and challenge areas of your self and your support team. Then, we will spend a full-day together in both group and individual sessions providing guidance and support to create the essential changes in your productivity systems and habits.

By working with both you and your Executive Assistant or immediate support team, we can evaluate your current systems and processes for scheduling, managing email, reviewing and tracking tasks, handling paper flow, amongst others to identify ways to optimize your office to become a reliable synergy of communication and information.

This private one-day retreat will guide you to identify your goals, reconnect you with the “WHY” of your daily life, and create a vision for your life “balance”, a goal that so many people struggle to achieve.

The Clarity Creation Day focuses on creating a specific and actionable vision for your life that can be used to guide your decision-making each day.

Sometimes what you need most of all is to step away from your normal daily rhythm and create space to reflect on the bigger topics and questions for your career and your life: Purpose, goals, mission, and vision.

A reflective retreat is far more than a vacation. It’s a focused opportunity to take a deep breath and ask the big questions that will allow you to steer the course of your life and career more confidently and effectively.

We can facilitate both private and group retreats that will allow you to create the clarity you or your leadership team needs to move forward strongly.

Are you watching your team struggle each day with meetings, emails, schedules, or priorities? Perhaps it’s time to give them a chance to level-up their skills and make their lives easier. Our learning programs will be customized to the challenges that your team is facing.

We begin with our Chosen Course Excellence Assessment to evaluate the strengths and challenge areas of your full team, we will provide you with a summary of the team’s results and use that information to choose the focus for our group programs.

We can provide half-day or full-day sessions or a multi-session program series to your team to give them the tools and guidance they need to address their biggest productivity challenges and help move them from exhaustion to excellence.
