Remember that reeeeeaaaalllly unhealthy relationship you stayed in?
The one where you were tired all the time and you got nothing out of it, and it made you feel like you wanted to just stay in bed all day?
Remember how good it felt to finally get out of it? Well, it’s time to do that again.
It’s become so popular to always be ‘busy,’ right? When people ask how we are, we always say, ‘I’m so busy,’ or ‘Work is really busy,’ or ‘Things are good. I’m super-busy.’
This ain’t a good thing, Freedom-Lover. And it has to stop.
There’s a myth that exists, and it tells us that because we’re busy, it means we’re productive. And that seems like a good thing. But are you busy, busy, busy…without actually getting anything done? I don’t know about you, but that used to be my life. All. The. Time.
Until something had to give. And it did. Me. Exhaustion smashed me in the face, and I found myself in a heap on the bedroom floor.
I don’t want that for you. You deserve better than that.
So, the question is…how do we break up with being busy?
Like remove the word ENTIRELY from our vocabulary?
That’s exactly what we’re looking at on this week’s Insights Video
In this video, we’ll look at:
  • 0:12 – A belief we’ve internalized that is just WRONG (and we need to get rid of it ASAP)
  • 1:42 – A little exercise I like to do, and a question I ask to create change (almost immediately)
  • 2:26 – A very exciting prospect! (Cue fun and freedom and people you love)
  • 3:01 – The choice you can make right now (think ROI, Freedom-Lover!)
If you know in your heart that something has to change, and you’re ready to kick that bad busy habit in the butt, and say goodbye to burnout forever, then this video is for you.
Warmly,
Erin
