Some people are really good at managing systems. Like, REALLY GOOD. It’s their thing. They love it like my Pumpkin loves smashing cake in her face on her birthday. (Or any time of the year, for that matter.)
But, maybe you’re someone who doesn’t like managing systems. Heck, maybe you’re not even sure what ‘managing systems’ means. This is what I’d call A Golden Opportunity.
Why? Because while you’re being brilliant at marketing/copywriting/baking beautiful cakes/(insert your ACTUAL job here), your business probably has a bunch of other tasks that still need to get done.
Now, maybe you feel bad about that… cause you’ve been avoiding a bunch of those things. (We all get good at procrastinating that stuff, huh?)
Maybe you’ve struggled with delegating. Or, when you do delegate, you apologize for doing so. This, my Freedom-Loving friend, has GOT TO STOP.
When you hold onto a task, or when you feel angst about asking someone for help, you are making yourself miserable. And no one is allowed to make you feel that way. Not even you!
So, in this week’s Insights video we take a look at the best thing you can do to help yourself, without all the guilt.
In this video, you’ll learn:
- 1:04 – Per.Spec.Tive. (Not everyone is going to hate the work you hate. Promise)
- 2:35 – That when you hand things over to someone else, you’re giving them a sense of purpose.
- 3:24 – How you could be doing HARM (stick with me here. You’re going to love this)
If you want to give yourself permission to ask for help and start running your business like a Visionary CEO, then Freedom-lover, this video is for you.
