An Olympic level swimmer already knows how to swim, but that doesn’t mean she knows how to win a medal. High performers have shown that they are “in the race,” but everyone, even the best, can benefit from an expert and coach to truly excel.

We are system-agnostic while being highly familiar with many of the popular technology and paper systems. Whether you use MS Outlook, Google, or paper planner systems, the skills and habits we teach apply and can be adapted to your world and specific needs. At times we may recommend tools or systems that might be a better fit to your style or situation, but in the end productivity is as much or more about YOU than it is about technology or tools.

We offer keynotes, conference break out sessions, and webinars from 45-90 minutes.

We offer learning programs from 90-min to multiple month series.

We offer consulting Infusion Programs from 3 months to multiple years depending on your organizations goals.

At this time we can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check, or Bank Transfer/ACH payments. We currently cannot accept American Express payments.

Our standard invoices are for net 30 days from the invoice date. If other terms are required by your organization, then they must be negotiated in advance and may incur additional fees. A 5% discount may also be offered for full-payment in advance of beginning your services.

Program Cancellation

Once a program is selected and confirmed, we often incur commitments of time and resources on your behalf far in advance of any program dates. Because a cancellation or postponement initiated by the Client causes losses, either through direct resource expenditure or due to refusing other opportunities for selected dates, we include the following cancellation policy which remains in effect in all cases other than acts of God (i.e. major disasters).

Your assigned strategist will personally conduct the consulting sessions; if, because of physical incapacity, she is unable to do so, you will have the choice of having another Chosen Course strategist conduct the session or having your assigned strategist available at another session date with no cancellation fee. Chosen Course is in no way liable for any expenses relating to this program in the event our strategist is unable to appear. (We have never missed an event in over 11 years in business.)

Virtual Session Cancellation

If you need to reschedule your virtual session, please make every effort to provide 72 hour notice prior to your session. Part of improving your productivity skills includes reducing the number of last minute cancellations and schedule changes occurring in your world, which is why we ask for appropriate advanced notice to help you build these skills. We cannot guarantee that we will have times available within 14 days, so we strongly recommend that you make every effort to keep the appointments on your calendar.

Onsite Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Any changes to the schedule must be requested no less than 30 days prior to the date scheduled. Every effort will be made to honor reasonable requests for re-scheduling. Cancellation of a scheduled date with less than 30 days notice will result in a rescheduling fee of 25% which will appear on your next invoice.
