I hear ya. So, here’s the thing. I loves me a list!
I am a list GEEK. Making the list, following it, ticking things off. It makes me happy.
But just the one. Just the one list. Singular. My Master List. That one, single, beautiful system can change your world.
Because it means that sh*t is gonna get done. The things is, creating the list is just the first step.
The most important thing to remember is that this list has to be visible to your whole team. It has to create transparency.
